I was born and raised in the Bronx, earning a bachelor's degree in Biology from Lehman College, CUNY. My career began in education, where I found fulfillment in connecting with students and families. This passion led me to earn a master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University and become a certified life coach. I thoroughly enjoy helping individuals and families reach their personal and relational goals.
Our experiences, relationships, and social circles profoundly shape our lives, but therapy and coaching offer a unique space to take accountability for our choices, thoughts, and actions. There is undeniable power in managing life’s complexities, presenting a façade of successfully juggling all the plates. Yet, there is equal strength in the transparency of acknowledging, “I need help over here!" and seeking an accountability partner to help navigate the healing or empowerment journey.
As a woman of color and a professional, I bring an innate understanding of the cultural nuances and challenges that are deeply woven into our societal fabric. As a wife and mother, I empathize with the complexities of womanhood and relationships. My goal is to provide a safe, nurturing space for you to reflect, heal, forgive, and move forward with clarity and purpose. Together, we will embark on a path of growth and transformation.
